The location was good, and we could reach Swanston Street by walking. The property was set in a downstairs lounge area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was hopeless.

The venue was impeccably clean and big. The breakfast here was great with good coffee and tinned fruit.

The restaurant was great inside the lobby, I tried warm dishes. The facilities were new and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

All the staff was friendly and we had a smooth check in. The restaurant here was particularly good which serves great Thai food, we both ordered warm dishes.

The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Melbourne Museum. Our standard queen room was functional, decent size. The staff were amicable and superfriendly, gave us great tips.

The rooms where reasonably priced and well laid out and had a very good bathroom. The breakfast had a lot of options, including coffee, bangers, and bacon. Location: the hotel was short walk to the cafe and restaurant, the nearest tram stop and an ikea store.

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast included, efficient elevators. Tram stop nearby for quick city access. Good coffee at cafe, clean rooms with practical furnishings and good TV. Excellent bed, quiet room.

Beautifully decorated and nice looking place with outstandingly accommodating employees at the reception desk. Magnificent location close enough to coffee shops and restaurants, Swanston Street in Carlton and Federation square.

great way to end our trip. well-maintained and great looking hotel in an ideal position to a convenience store on the corner. location not far from the restaurant were n't open, and the free transport of the city circle.

It was a funky building, the rooms were reasonably priced and well laid out. The location was comfortable and fantastic for walking around Lygon Street🙂❤

Comfortable and cozy room, with a beautiful, strong, and warm shower. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Royal Exhibition Buildings, Lygon Street, and Queen Victoria Markets. Despite the small size of the room and the lack of some amenities, the value for money was great. We had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this hotel.
